The first CD release from the notorious Elden M., after numerous cassettes and compilation appearances over the years. For a decade, ACL has been a presence in the cassette network, with releases on labels around the world such as Midas Music, Big Body Parts, Sound of Pig, and others. Most recently, the densely threatening noise of "Assaults on the Human Body" (Freedom in a Vacuum) and the gorgeous orchestral-noise of "Demimonde Voices" (G.R.O.S.S.) have signalled further development of ACL's sound.
