BUG CITY ORCHESTRA/DEATH RANCH - Massacre of the Innocents Sound of Pig Music
When "Blue Note/Blue Noise" hits, if it's loud enough, it can really feel like there's a giant behind pinning down your arms and legs. Flooring flanged-out wash and dry cycle. The atmosphere generated by this tape makes rooms seem larger than they are. Like hr. long lives in elevator shafts or something. T-H-E C-E-I-L-I-N-G I-S G-E-T-T-I-N-G T-O-O B-I-G. Quite a journey for the ears. BOOM POOOWWWCH. "The Song of the Volga Boatmen" pops up too.
When Big City Orchestra played Club Foot there was a big fucked-up desk being built with microphones on the hammers and saws, so it was a strong construction party with real industry overtones. A big concrete pipe was being wrecked with a giant fishhook also. This may help illustrate the puncy horse on this tape. Some of it gets repetitious but depending on how well your time is used while listening to this, its autisticism can be a lot of fun. Try it while cooking up some wooden building blocks. If you ever wondered what swimming through cement was like... R. Pawnships
